If you believe your dog is ill, get him to a veterinarian immediately for diagnosis and potential treatment. Any advice I give should not supercede information you are given by your veterinarian. By contracting with me for my services, you agree I will not be held liable for any health problems your dog should have now or in the future.
A refund will only be available if: 1) you cancel before sending me your dog's information (75% refund), 2) if you do not send me your dog's information I request within two weeks (75% refund), and/or 3) I notify you that I will not be available for the consultation within one week of my receipt of your dog's information (100% refund).
